Job Summary

Our company is looking to hire a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team.  The person in this role will be working closely with our team members to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our clients and for our Agency.  As a successful hire, you will be tasked with helping identify marketing trends and opportunities for social media growth, social media & email copywriting, scheduling static posts, as well as creating marketing materials such as case studies, marketing performance reports, and presentations. This role will support our team members and will be critical to the success of our clients and our company.  This person enjoys building internal and external programs and being part of a collaborative environment that thrives on diversity of thought and teamwork.  We believe in serving one another so this person must have a servant attitude.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the Social Media Manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.

  • Self-editing of any copy written before given to internal lead team member for review

  • Updating and/or trafficking social media accounts

  • Creating marketing materials such as case studies, presentations, and proposals.

  • Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)  We use Monday.

  • Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities

  • Providing administrative support to the team, as needed

  • Preparing, formatting and editing a range of documents

  • Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.

  • Comfortable with audience and buyer persona research

  • Simplify and present complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.

  • Performing competitor analyses

  • Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

  • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.

  • Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels/medias.

  • Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.

  • Review content to ensure it’s on-brand

  • Assisting with planning and arranging internal culture initiatives like team building activities and family nights.

  • Attend client calls in person or via Google Meets or Zoom

  • Taking meeting notes & creating and assigning action items in Monday

  • Meet in-person with the internal team

Qualifications:

  • Social Media Experience

  • Excellent Copywriting Skills

  • Excellent Self-Editing Skills

  • Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides 

  • Proficiency in Canva

  • Proficiency in Constant Contact or Klaviyo

  • Demonstrated experience with managing projects and meeting deadlines

  • Demonstrated experience collecting and interpreting data in Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager

  • Wordpress experience a plus

  • Video editing experience a plus

Education:

  • Current Marketing, PR or Advertising Student 

  • OR Possess a degree in Communications, Marketing, relevant field, or experience.

Work Schedule:

  • Flexible

Work Location:

  • Hybrid.  Work in person one day each week.  Must have reliable internet.

  • Headquarters is located in the Gainesville, FL area.
