Marketing Coordinator
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the agency's leadership team to develop and execute effective marketing strategies for our clients and our agency.
This role will support our team members and will be critical to the success of our clients and our company. This person enjoys building internal and external programs and being part of a collaborative environment that thrives on diversity of thought and teamwork. Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with the Social Media Manager, internal teams, clients and partners on marketing strategy.

Updating and/or trafficking social media accounts

Creating marketing materials such as case studies, presentations, and proposals.

Manage and update the company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM) We use Monday.

Setup tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities

Providing administrative support to the team, as needed

Helping identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.

Audience and buyer persona research

Simplify and present complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.

Performing competitor analyses

Analyzing questionnaires and other forms of feedback.

Assist with our company’s website content.

Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.

Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels/medias.

Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.

Assisting with planning and arranging internal culture initiatives like team building activities and family nights.

Attend client calls in person or via Google Meets or Zoom

Taking meeting notes & creating and assigning action items in Monday
Qualifications:
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-
Proficiency in social media platforms including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok

Experience creating and editing TikTok and/or Reels

Proficiency in Canva
-
Must be able to pull marketing data and tell a story from it

Demonstrated experience collecting and interpreting data in Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager

Demonstrated experience with managing projects and meeting deadlines

Wordpress experience a plus

Video editing experience a plus
Education:
-
Possess a degree in Communications, Marketing, relevant field, or experience.

Current Marketing, PR, Advertising, or Communications student.

5+ years relevant experience without a degree
Work Schedule:
-
Flexible but must be during the hours of 8a-5p, Monday - Friday
Work Location:
-
Hybrid. Work at the office Mondays and Wednesdays with the option of working remotely Tuesday, Thursday, and/or Friday.

Office is located at San Felasco Tech City in Alachua, FL.
